1. Your profile and your permission
A Matchbox profile helps the recruitment team understand your skills, experience and preferences and discuss potential opportunities. Registration is not blanket permission to share your profile with hospitals. Reading this page does not record consent.
2. Written permission by email
Before sharing your profile, our agreed process is to email you the hospital name, role, location and information proposed for sharing. Review those details and reply with your choices. If the scope is unclear, ask for clarification before agreeing.
- Profile sharing: confirm whether Matchbox may share the specified profile information with the named hospital for the stated role and location.
- Role-Fit sharing: separately confirm whether Matchbox may share your Role-Fit result for that opportunity. You may decline this while agreeing to profile sharing.
No reply, an unclear reply or a general expression of interest is not permission. A new or changed sharing request should be checked against your recorded permission before information is sent.
3. Recording and changing your choices
The intended process is to retain the email reply and record its date, scope and any later change with your candidate record. The recruitment team must check your latest choice before sharing; this is a manual process, not a promise of automatic blocking across every service.
To change or withdraw permission, email info@mymatchbox.in. Include your name, the email or phone used for your profile and the permission you want to change. Shivaji Dube currently manages these requests.
Withdrawal stops future sharing within the withdrawn scope. It cannot undo an earlier disclosure. Tell us if you need help contacting a hospital that has already received your information.
4. Role-Fit participation
Before taking the Staff Nurse Role-Fit pilot, review its purpose, limitations and assessment consent. Results support a recruitment discussion; they do not replace clinical competency assessment or guarantee employment. Permission to take the assessment is separate from permission to share its result with a hospital.
5. Optional promotional messages
Promotional messages are optional and should be a separate choice from recruitment support and profile sharing. Contact the privacy email above to change this preference. Recruitment updates relate to your enquiry or application.
6. Fees and outcomes
Matchbox does not charge candidates for domestic recruitment or placement facilitation, including after joining. Registration, assessment, an interview or profile sharing does not guarantee a job.
Future international services may involve training, process facilitation or logistics charges. Any applicable services, charges and conditions must be explained before you agree; this page is not an offer of an active international pathway.
