Candidate & employer guidance
What would you like to know?
These answers reflect the domestic launch approach. Destination-specific details will be added as international pathways become active.
Does Matchbox charge candidates for applying to jobs?
Job application terms will be shown clearly for each opportunity. Matchbox does not promise placement, selection or visa approval in exchange for payment.
Can fresh graduates register?
Yes. Nursing graduates, allied-health graduates and entry-level hospital professionals can create a profile and register interest in suitable roles.
Which documents should I keep ready?
A current CV, qualification certificates, professional registration where applicable, experience letters and a government-issued identity document are a good starting point. Upload only what a role requires.
Will my profile be shared with every employer?
No. Candidate information should be shared only for relevant recruitment purposes and in line with the consent selected during registration.
Do you currently place candidates outside India?
The current focus is domestic hospital recruitment. International pathways will be introduced in stages after destination-specific compliance, licensing and employer partnerships are ready.
Can a hospital submit several vacancies together?
Yes. Hospitals can share individual, recurring or bulk hiring requirements. Matchbox will structure roles, screening criteria and the submission process before sourcing begins.
