Open the candidate portal using the button below.
In “Sign Up / Login”, enter your email address and choose “Next”.
Follow the portal’s prompts to create or access your account.

Already registered? Use the email linked to your existing profile. The portal also provides a “Forgot Password?” option.

Keep your current CV, contact details, qualifications, healthcare experience and preferred locations available.

What can wait?

Qualification, registration and experience documents should be added when a relevant role requires them. Provide identity documents only when a genuine recruitment stage calls for them.

You do not need an international pathway or a Role-Fit assessment result to explore domestic jobs.

Creating a profile asks Matchbox for recruitment support; it does not guarantee a job.
Your profile is not shared with every hospital. Matchbox requests written permission for the relevant hospital, role and location.
Role-Fit sharing and optional promotional messages are separate choices.
Matchbox does not charge candidates for domestic recruitment or placement facilitation, including after joining.
