3. Why information may be used
Matchbox may use information to create and maintain candidate profiles, identify potentially relevant roles, manage applications and recruitment stages, respond to enquiries, support hospital hiring, protect the platform and meet legal obligations.
4. When candidate information may be shared
Candidate information may be shared with a relevant prospective employer or an authorised recruitment partner for a genuine recruitment purpose, in line with the consent and choices presented to the candidate. Matchbox should not sell candidate personal information as a contact database.
5. Documents and sensitive information
Matchbox should request only documents needed for the applicable recruitment stage. Candidates should avoid uploading unrelated financial, medical or other sensitive information unless specifically required and explained.
